Parents can keep GPS eye on teen driver's every turn
Worried parents who want to know where their teenagers are driving have a new tool a GPS tracker that tells exactly where they went, what time and how fast they drove to get there. The device is available from some private companies, and Safeco, a nationwide insurance company, is launching an interactive Web site next week that allows parents to set geographical limits, time frames and a top speed for a car with a GPS unit installed under the dashboard. .
